Drop Form Request 

Class Drop Request Policy

All class drop requests must be submitted through this online form. Requests made by phone, text message, social media, or verbal communication with coaches will not be accepted.

To discontinue classes, the Drop Request Form must be submitted no later than the 5th of the month prior to the month you wish to stop attending.

Example:
If you would like your athlete's final month to be December and discontinue classes in January, you must submit this form no later than December 5th.

This advance notice allows us to properly schedule coaches, manage class sizes, and offer available spots to athletes on our waitlists. This is a standard practice among many youth sports and activity programs and is outlined in our enrollment agreement.

Once your drop request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from our office.
