How to Enroll or Schedule a Free Trial Class

Click the Enroll tab above in the menu bar on our website.

Scroll through the class list and find the class you’d like to join.

Click Register next to your chosen class - you’ll be directed to our Family Portal.

During checkout, select Free Trial to reserve your spot.

After you've completed enrollment, you're all set and enrolled on our class schedule!

Bring a water bottle to every class and wear comfortable clothes easy to move around in, always wear hair pulled back in a rubber band. See you in class!!
Please Note: We recommend scheduling your free trial within 10 days of when you plan to attend. If you don’t attend within 10 days, your spot will be released, and you’ll need to re-enroll when you’re ready.

Class Descriptions
Mini Tot Tumble w/Parents (Ages 12mo–24mo)
Our Mini Tot Tumble w/Parents class offers a playful and supportive setting where little ones can explore movement alongside a parent or caregiver. This class focuses on developing early motor skills, balance, and body awareness through guided activities using toddler-friendly gymnastics equipment like the balance beam, bars, rings, and trampoline. It’s the perfect first step for building strength, confidence, and coordination — all while bonding with your child and having fun!

Tiny Tot Tumble Fit & Fun (Ages 2–3.5)
Our Tumble Tots class provides a safe and fun environment where young athletes can begin building strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students are introduced to basic tumbling, balance beam, bars, rings, trampoline, and more, all while developing important gross motor and social skills.
Tot Tumble Fit & Fun(Ages 3.5–4.5)
Our Tumble Tots (ages 3.5-4.5) provides a safe and fun environment where young athletes can begin building strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students are introduced to basic tumbling, balance beam, bars, rings, trampoline, and more, all while developing important gross motor and social skills.
Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 4.5–6.5)
Beginner Gymnastics brings the kids out to our main floor with a stronger focus on building on the basics in a fun and structured environment. We continue advancing beginner gymnastics skills while continuing to use the bars and beam. Athletes will work on skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges, preparing them for progression into our Tumbling Level 1 class.
Boys Tumble & Fit (Ages 5–8)
Designed just for boys, this high-energy class combines tumbling, agility drills, fitness, and speed training to build the foundation for athletic success in any sport. Young athletes will develop strength, coordination, and confidence while improving their overall athletic ability in a fun and supportive environment. Whether your child is preparing for sports or just loves to move, this class is a great way to build skills, stay active, and have a blast!
Tumble Level 1 (ages 6+)
Perfect for beginners, Tumble 1 teaches foundational body positions and basic tumbling skills. Athletes will learn handstands, round-offs, and backbend kickovers, while also building strength and conditioning to prepare for higher level tumbling skills. No prior experience is required.
Tumble Level 2 (ages 6+)
Perfect for athletes who have mastered standing backbends, round-off rebounds, and front limbers. In Level 2, athletes will work on skills such as front walkovers, back walkovers, and more advanced progressions, while also building the strength and conditioning needed for higher-level tumbling. Completion of Level 1 Tumbling is required before moving into Level 2. If you're joining us for a free trial, please ensure your athlete is prepared for Level 2 skills we will assess their readiness during the trial class and recommend the best class placement based on their current ability.
Handspring Class (ages 7+)
MUST BE INVITED FROM TUMBLING LEVEL 1 or 2 If you are new please do a free trial class in our tumbling level 1 or level 2 class and we will move you into the handsprings class after your assessment.
This specialty class focuses on standing and round-off back handsprings. It's designed to bridge the gap between Tumbling Level 2 and Level 3.
Tumble Level 3 (ages 7+)
Tumble focuses on mastering the standing back handspring and round-off back handspring. Athletes will also begin working on connecting multiple skills, like standing and running double back handsprings.
Intro to Tucks (ages 7+)
This class prepares athletes for Level 3 tumbling by introducing the fundamentals of the back tuck. It helps students confidently bridge from Level 2 to more advanced skills.
Teen Tumbling (ages 12+)
Designed specifically for high school athletes, this class supports all skill levels from beginners learning fundamentals to advanced tumblers refining elite skills. Whether you're working toward round offs, front/back walkovers or more our coaches focus on proper technique, strength, and progression. Perfect for cheerleaders, gymnasts, or anyone looking to build confidence and power in their tumbling skills.
***Rising Star – Intro to Fitness*** (ages 7+)
This beginner-friendly class introduces kids to the basics of functional fitness through fun, engaging workouts. Focused on proper movement patterns, balance, strength, and coordination, young athletes build a solid foundation to support all sports and activities all in a safe and supportive environment.
***Super Star*** (ages 9+)
Got the basics down and ready to level up? Super Star is built for athletes who are serious about taking their training to the next level. This intermediate program focuses on strength, speed, agility, and power key elements for excelling in any sport. Through targeted functional training, athletes will sharpen their performance, boost endurance, and build the foundation needed for higher-level competition.
***Legends Fitness*** (ages 10+)
Legends Fitness is built for advanced youth athletes ready to push their performance to the next level. This sports performance-focused class emphasizes strength, speed, agility, power, and endurance, all essential for excelling in competitive athletics. Designed for athletes with prior fitness training experience, our Legends classes delivers targeted, high-intensity workouts that enhance overall athleticism, build resilience, and prepare athletes for the demands of high-level sports.
***Power Pump Weightlifting*** (Invite Only) (ages 13+)
Power Pump is a strength-focused class designed for advanced youth athletes ready to take their training to the next level. With an emphasis on weight training, athletes will develop foundational and advanced lifting techniques using barbells, dumbbells, and functional strength equipment. The program focuses on building muscle, improving overall strength, and enhancing athletic performance — all while prioritizing proper form, injury prevention, and progressive growth.
***Cheer Fitness*** (ages 7+)
Designed for cheer athletes ages 7 and up, Cheer Fitness focuses on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and body control needed to excel in cheerleading. Athletes will work on targeted conditioning, core stability, lifting technique, and injury prevention, all essential for improving stunts, tumbling, and overall performance on the mat or sideline. This class is the perfect cross-training tool to help cheerleaders stay strong, confident, and competitive/game-ready.
***Strength & Flexibility*** (ages 7+)
Our Cheer Strength & Flexibility class is perfect for athletes looking to build overall strength while increasing flexibility. Whether you’re a flyer, base, tumbler, or just looking to improve your skills, this class will help you become stronger, more flexible, and better prepared for any sport.
***Cheer & Dancer Flexibility*** (ages 7+) Special Rate: $52.00/month for 1 class per week
Designed specifically for cheerleaders & dancers, this class focuses on improving flexibility and body positions essential for cheer and dance. Athletes will work through a series of targeted stretches with a coach to enhance their performance and technique.

Our Tumbling Program is structured differently:

Tumbling/Gymnastics/Tots Tuition: $72.00 per month

Includes: One class per week at your enrolled day and time only.
Cheer and Dancer Flexibility Special Rate: $52.00 per month or $124.00 for 1 tumbling & 1 flexibility classes.

If you are only enrolling in our flexibility classes enjoy our special introductory rate of $52.00 per month.
This rate is perfect for athletes looking to improve flexibility for cheerleading and dance without enrolling in our full fitness or tumbling programs.
