Beginner Gymnastics Level 1

Perfect for beginners, this class introduces young gymnasts to the fundamentals of gymnastics. Children will learn basic skills on the floor, bars, beam, and trampoline, focusing on building strength, coordination, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment.

 

Beginner Gymnastics Level 2

Perfect for beginners-Intermediate, this class introduces young gymnasts to the fundamentals of gymnastics who are ready to move on from the basics. Children will learn basic skills on the floor, bars, beam, and trampoline, focusing on building strength, coordination, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment.

 

Tumbling: Advanced Cartwheels & Back Walkovers

This class is designed for tumblers ready to take their skills to the next level! Focused on mastering advanced cartwheels, back walkovers, and transitions, this class builds strength, flexibility, and confidence. Perfect for ages 6-14yrs, it's ideal for those who have a strong foundation in basic tumbling and are eager to progress to more challenging moves in a fun, supportive environment.

 

Tumbling: Back Walkovers & Beginner Back Handsprings (ages 7-14yrs) This class is perfect for young athletes ready to advance their tumbling skills! Students will work on perfecting back walkovers while being introduced to the fundamentals of back handsprings. With a focus on building strength, flexibility, and proper technique, this class provides the foundation needed for more complex tumbling skills. Ideal for ages 7-14yrs, it's designed to boost confidence and ensure safe progression in a supportive and encouraging environment.

 

Tumbling: Beginner Back Handspring

This class is designed for athletes who are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level by learning the back handspring. Students will focus on building the strength, flexibility, and proper technique needed to safely and confidently perform a back handspring. With step-by-step instruction and plenty of practice, this class ensures that each athlete develops a strong foundation for more advanced tumbling skills.

**Prerequisite** Must be able to perform a back walkover independently and have a solid understanding of basic tumbling skills such as handstands and cartwheels/roundoffs

 

Tumble & Dance Combo

Get ready for a fun and dynamic experience with our Dance and Tumble Combo class! This class blends the best of both worlds, combining dance routines with tumbling skills to create a comprehensive and engaging program. Students will work on choreography and learn a new routine every 12 weeks, showcasing their progress in a performance at the end of each cycle. Don't worry if you join mid-session—each student is welcomed with open arms, and personalized instruction ensures everyone can catch up and thrive. Perfect for those who love to dance, tumble, and express themselves creatively!

 

Tiny Tot Tumble, Fit, & Fun!

(ages 3.5 – 4.5yrs)

In this playful and energetic class, little ones will explore the basics of tumbling while developing essential listening and direction-following skills. Designed for ages 3.5 – 4.5yrs, this program introduces children to fundamental movements such as rolls, jumps, and balancing, all within a fun and supportive environment. Through fun activities and games, toddlers will develop strength, coordination, and confidence, while also learning to listen and interact with coaches and peers. It's the perfect introduction to a lifelong love of fitness and teamwork!

 

Boys Tumbling & Agility Level 1 Beginner

(ages 5-7yrs)

Perfect for young boys just starting their gymnastics journey, this class combines foundational gymnastics and tumbling skills with fun agility exercises. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination, students will learn basic techniques while improving their agility through dynamic drills and activities. Ideal for beginners, this class offers a supportive environment where boys can develop essential athletic skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the excitement of movement and challenge.
