About the event
Our Novice teams follow guidelines set by United States All Star Federation (USASF) and are designed specifically for beginner athletes.
This division is a fun, age-appropriate introduction to competitive cheer for our youngest athletes (birth years 2018–2022).
Novice routines are shorter and focus on foundational skills such as basic tumbling, simple stunts, motions, jumps, and performance quality.
The emphasis in Novice is on: Building confidence Learning proper technique and teamwork while having a positive competition experience.
Athletes will perform age-appropriate skills in a supportive environment that encourages growth, sportsmanship, and fun while introducing families to the awesome world of competitive cheer.
